These terms apply to the OnePiece Labs website at onepiecelabs.xyz (the “site”). The site is operated by UpBlock LLC, doing business as OnePiece Labs (“OnePiece Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the site is for

The site describes our training-data services for physical AI and shows sample data. It is for information only. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services; any data collection, annotation or delivery we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us.

2. Sample data and media

Video clips, hand keypoints, hand meshes, 3D reconstructions and other sample material on the site are shown to demonstrate our work. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may view them on the site but may not download, copy, redistribute, or use them to train, evaluate or fine-tune models. Samples we publish elsewhere, such as on Hugging Face, are governed by the license stated with them there. The evaluation set is available on request and under its own terms.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. For example, do not interfere with its operation or security, access it through automated means at a volume that burdens it, try to extract data or code from it beyond normal viewing, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the OnePiece Labs name and logo, and sample data, belong to OnePiece Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in them except to view the site for its intended purpose.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as Hugging Face. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Sample data is illustrative: reconstructed hand geometry is a fitted estimate, and descriptions of our services may change. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePiece Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UpBlock LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
