Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OnePiece Labs (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it. It does not cover the data we collect for customers through our capture program; people who take part in capture receive their own consent terms when they enroll.
1. Information you give us
When you email us, for example to request sample data or the evaluation set, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write, such as your company and what you are looking for. We use it to reply, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
2. Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
- Fonts and code from other providers. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from the jsDelivr content network. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests these files, under their own privacy policies.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between day and night mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (such as hosting and email), when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, in which case we will require the recipient to protect it in line with this policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond within the time the law requires.
7. International use
Our team works across several countries, and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we take steps to protect information transferred across borders.
8. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
